Anne and I started Mattress By Appointment Ravena, also known as Cloud 9 Mattressez-z-z LLC, in April 2015 to supplement our retirement income. We discovered that this business model, which we refer to as Mattress By Appointment Ravena, is perfect for an elderly couple like us to manage while providing for ourselves in retirement. Since launching, we have grown to love this business as we've helped thousands of people find the bed that best suits their comfort and budget, along with various mattress accessories. As a small Mom-n-Pop shop that buys factory direct, we have no employees or retail-type advertising, which allows us to offer beds for 50-80% less than traditional retail stores—a true win-win for everyone! We offer a variety of sizes, models, and styles, including adjustable bases and platform frames, ensuring the best night's sleep for any budget.
