Anne and I started Mattress By Appointment Ravena, aka Cloud 9 Mattressez-z-z LLC, in April 2015 to supplement our retirement income. We found this business model (By Appointment) to be just perfect for an elderly couple to manage and help provide for ourselves in retirement. Since starting it, we have come to love this business, because we have been able to help 1,000's of people find the bed that best suits their COMFORT & BUDGET and include many of the accessories to go with them. Of course, being a small Mom-n-Pop shop buying Factory Direct, with no employees, no 'retail' type advertising or fancy showroom expenses, we are able to get you that bed for 50-80% Less Than Traditional Retail Stores. A win win for all!!! We have all different sizes, models and styles to fit any budget, and provide you with the best night's sleep. Our beds are manufactured locally, to our orders, and shipped the next business day, so we usually have what you want in stock, or we can get it made for you within 5-10 business days.
